Brockleians RFC has just celebrated completing its 81st season. Last season has seen the lads compete well with a young side in Kent 1.

This season sees the club renew its efforts to gain promotion and push for higher honours.

In addition to the first team we run two other sides and an occasional fourth team. Both the second and third teams play in the Kent Merit Table system and finished champions and runners up in their respective groups.

All in all, last season was a particularly special one for the Club. For the forthcoming 2007-2008 season we have high hopes of continuing our success.

We are now inviting organisations to share in our success by offering various sponsorship opportunities where they can link with us to develop Brockleians RFC further.

The Club enjoys a very social atmosphere, and all visitors, whether spectators or opposition are made to feel welcome.

Areas of Sponsorship

The costs involved in running a Club like Brockleians cover many aspects from the usual fixed costs, like council tax, insurances, gas and electricity, to the variables, Club kit and equipment, clubhouse maintenance, catering, cleaning and coaching.

To help us meet these costs we have devised some Sponsorship packages so interested participating organisations can select a level of involvement to suit their own budgets and requirements.

Details of each of these packages, outlining the promotional opportunities to participating companies and organisations are shown in the following pages.

Package 1 - Main Club Sponsor

The main sponsor would receive:

Package 2 - Individual Team Sponsors

We field three sides regularly. The 1st Team plays in Kent 2. The 2nd and 3rd Teams play in the Kent Merit Tables. We are offering the opportunity to sponsor each team individually. Sponsors would receive:

Package 3 - Equipment and Kit Sponsors

This package enables anyone to have their logo on the various items of equipment, playing kit and leisure wear produced by Brockleians for their members and supporters.

Package 4 - Match day Sponsors

This sponsorship would cover that particular 1st team match day game at the Brockleians ground.

You would be sponsoring the 2 new match balls as well and the costs of the coaching staff for that day.

The opposition teams are provided with a meal after their games free of charge. Home sides are also able to partake for a modest charge.

We also provide touchline medical assistance via the Club nurse, for both Brockleian players and opposition players (if they do not have their own facilities), which would be covered by your kind sponsorship.

A bottle of champagne would be donated to the Brockleian man of the match by the generous sponsor and the picture would be placed on the website.
